In this project work, we formulated a mathematical model based on a system of ordinary differential equation to study the transmission dynamics of Human papilloma virus (HPV) incorporating vaccination, treatment and use of condom as control strategies. The basic reproduction number and the effective reproduction number of the model without control and that with control were computed respectively using the next generation matrix approach. The Disease Free Equilibrium (DFE) states and. Endemic Equilibrium (EE) states of the models were also established. Sensitivity analysis was then carried out to determine which parameters that should be targeted by control intervention strategies of which the result shows that an increase in vaccination and treatment rate leads to a reduction in the prevalence of the disease. Finally, numerical simulation of the model was carried out and the result shows that an increase in protection leads to low disease prevalence in a population.
