It could be recalled that education is the backbone of every progressing society and it is the standard of education that determines an individual’s and country’s progress. Hence this research work is poised at identifying and applying the strategies for ICT resources. The work hinges on the fact that the major aim of education should be to teach how to think, rather than what to think. This is to improve our minds, so as to enable us to think for ourselves, than to load the memory with thoughts of other men. The modern day learning is being enhanced by many available ICT resources and so this examines, identifies and encourages their utilizations. There are many new technologies in education and they include: Global Satellite of Mobile communications (GSM), General Packet Radio service (GPRS), Teletext, Videotex, Virtual Private Network (VPN), Wi-Fi, Coded Division Multiple Access (CDMA) etc and they are gaining wide acceptance due to several advantages.
