Some people believe that strategy for transforming business may be the most important system approach a manager can develop. This is because virtually everything a manager does involves strategies. This implication is that no formal organization can function effectively and efficiently if the members cannot strategize among themselves. It makes no difference whether it is a profit making enterprise, a social group or philanthropic organization. Hence, strategy is the basis of all our relationship, without it each of us would live daily life in isolation. We need other people, and our connections to others are forged by information system approach. Strategy also pervades the management functions of strategic human resources, business policies and quantitative methods. This is because managers rarely work with things but rather with information about things. The pertinent question therefore is. To what extent can strategic management be improved or rather promoted in an organization in order to have high level of growth and efficiency? At the end of the research, certain study concluded that factors which promote warmth and cordiality should be cultivated. It is a means by which strategy is modified, change effected, performance improved and goal achieved. Managers are advised to spend much time in strategizing with their subordinates, because it enhances proper understanding of the approach.
